Available to rent, welcome to The Garden—a purpose-built, training environment designed by LFX Firearms Training LLC. This isn’t a range. It’s a dynamic problem-solving arena built for force-on-force, UTM, Simunition, and airsoft. Every wall, door, and hallway was designed to test judgment, coordination, and control under pressure.

Facility Overview

Located on private land in Harriman, TN, this 1,600 sq. ft. shoothouse offers a versatile environment for tactical instructors looking to host Close Quarters Battle (CQB) and home defense courses. The facility is designed to facilitate complex flow drills and scenario-based training without the administrative burden of large commercial ranges.

Tactical Features

Layout: 7 distinct rooms divided by a central hallway, simulating a realistic residential or office structure.
Entry Points: 3 exterior doors allowing for multiple breach point scenarios.
Thresholds: All interior thresholds feature working doors, essential for teaching door manipulation and room entry mechanics.
Construction: Plywood wall construction.
Modularity: Layouts can be altered to keep scenarios fresh.
Low-Light Capable: The facility is available for low-light/no-light training blocks.

Props & Equipment

Furniture: Fully furnished with chairs, cabinets, and other residential props. All furniture is mounted on casters, allowing for rapid reconfiguration of room layouts between runs.
Targets: 5 standard target stands included with rental.
Advanced Equipment: A remote-controlled target system is available for rent at an additional cost (ideal for shoot/no-shoot decision-making drills).

Site Amenities

Briefing Area: Covered outdoor classroom area available for safety briefs and gear down.
Facilities: Rustic on-site facilities (waterless urinal only).
Connectivity: Good cell service is available on-site for communications or emergency use.
Access: Easy access with no gate codes or complex check-in procedures.

Rental Logistics

Rates: Full-Day rentals available.
Requirements:
- Valid Instructor Insurance is required for all bookings.
- Strictly No Live Fire.
- No mechanical or explosive breaching on doors.
